How do I take a tour with you?
You can call to set one up or we do accept walk-ins for tours between our office hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm!
Do you charge a security deposit?
No, we do not charge for a security deposit, however, we do charge a $150 non-refundable signing fee due at the time you sign your lease.
Are you pet friendly?
Yes! We are pet-friendly for your dogs and cats. We do not allow aggressive breeds and have a weight limit of 65 lbs.
Am I responsible if my roomate terminates their lease?
No, all leases signed are individual leases meaning you are not financially obligated to take over their lease.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of every month and is considered late on the 4th.
What is provided for residents?
While residents will be responsible for paying for their electricity, water, trash, and sewage we do cover the internet.
How do I choose an electric company?
